Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how R.Evolution Real Estate Development LLC (“R.Evolution”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, stores and protects personal data submitted to us — including enquiries and leads you send through our websites, our advertising on LinkedIn and other platforms, and our sales team. It applies to eywa.ae, byrevolution.com and all associated lead capture forms and campaigns.

We handle personal data in line with applicable UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and — where our activity is conducted from the Dubai International Financial Centre — DIFC Data Protection Law No. 5 of 2020. Where we collect data from individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also apply the standards of the GDPR.
02The information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you submit an enquiry form on our website, complete a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or an equivalent lead form on Meta, Google or another advertising platform, register your interest through a broker, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your country or city of residence
- Your job title, company name and professional details, where the form provides them
- Your property preferences, budget indication, timeline and any message or notes you include
- The campaign, advertisement or page the enquiry came from
About LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn pre-fills certain fields from your LinkedIn profile — typically your name, email address, job title, company and location. When you press submit, LinkedIn shares those fields with us so that we can respond to your enquiry. LinkedIn’s own handling of your data is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our websites we collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source and campaign parameters, through cookies and similar technologies. See section 09.
03How we use the leads and enquiries we collect
We use the personal data you submit for the following specific purposes, and nothing outside them:
- Responding to your enquiry. A member of our sales team contacts you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp to answer your questions and follow up on your request.
- Sending you the information you asked for — brochures, floor plans, price lists, payment plans, availability and project updates.
- Arranging viewings and meetings at our sales gallery, experience centre or show apartment, and scheduling follow-up calls.
- Qualifying and progressing your enquiry — recording your requirements, assigning your enquiry to the appropriate consultant, and keeping notes of our conversations so you don’t have to repeat yourself.
- Sending marketing communications about our developments, new launches, events and offers, where you have consented to receive them or where you are an existing client. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Completing a transaction if you decide to reserve or purchase a property, including the checks required of us by law.
- Measuring and improving our marketing — understanding which campaigns and channels produce relevant enquiries, in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
04Why we need your data
We only process personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so:

05How long we keep your data
We keep lead and enquiry records only for as long as we need them:
- Leads and enquiries that do not proceed: retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted or anonymised.
- Marketing subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, and reviewed every 24 months for continued relevance.
- Clients and purchasers: retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the period required by UAE law for transaction, tax and anti-money-laundering records — currently at least five years.
- Suppression records: if you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted, we keep the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
When a retention period ends, we securely delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it for statistical purposes.
06Who we share your data with
We share personal data only with the parties below, and only so far as they need it to do their job for us. All of them are bound by contract to protect your data and to use it solely on our instructions.

Some of these providers are located outside the UAE. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we do so only where the destination offers an adequate level of protection or where appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — are in place.
07Your rights and how to use them
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data where we no longer have a valid reason to keep it
- Withdraw consent at any time, including consent to marketing
- Object to or restrict processing based on our legitimate interests
- Receive your data in a portable format and have it transferred to another controller where technically feasible
- Complain to the competent data protection authority
How to make a request
Email info@byrevolution.com with the subject line “Data request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act. We respond within 14 days. There is no charge for a request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
To stop marketing emails immediately, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us. To stop calls or WhatsApp messages, tell the consultant who contacted you or email the address above.
08How we protect your data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access — including access controls on our CRM, encryption in transit, restricted permissions for our sales and marketing teams, and vetting of the providers we work with. No system is completely secure, but we review our controls regularly and will notify you and the relevant authority of a data breach where the law requires it.
09Cookies and tracking
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies that we set only with your consent. These help us understand how visitors use the site and measure the performance of our LinkedIn, Meta and Google campaigns. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
10Children
Our websites and campaigns are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Where a change is significant, we will notify you directly.
